Lateasha Lunceford is reminiscing about her wedding toMarried to Medicinestar Dr. Gregory Lunceford.
Lateasha — who joined theBravoreality series for season 10, which kicked off on Nov. 5 — tells PEOPLE the couple’s April wedding, which will be documented in Sunday’s episode, was a pinch-me moment for her.
“Just seeing my husband when I first stepped on that aisle, I was like, ‘This is it. He’s mine,'” recalls Lateasha, 32, who is affectionately known as “Sweet Tea.”
“I couldn’t believe it was happening. I still can’t believe it sometimes!” she adds.

The fragrant pale pink and white blossoms filled both the ceremony and reception rooms. “It was absolutely gorgeous. We had flowers everywhere,” she says.
The bride walked down the aisle to a cover of the Isley Brothers classic “At Your Best,” wearing a cream corseted mermaid-style gown with a sweetheart neckline from the Atlanta bridal boutiqueWinnie Couture. The design featured pearl details throughout and a dramatic train.

“When I put the dress on and looked at myself in the mirror, I cried,” Lateasha recalls. “I never imagined the day would finally come when I would be getting married. I was like, ‘Today is the day. Today is the day I marry the man of my dreams.'”
Both Lateasha and Gregory are twins, so his brother served as best man and her sister as matron-of-honor. Lateasha’s nephew was a bell ringer, and her sister was flower girl.
In one memorable moment during the evening, Lateasha’s twin sister donned a flapper dress and did a lip-sync performance of “Miss Celie’s Blues (Sister)” fromThe Color Purple. “I actually did that for her wedding, so she had to return the favor,” the reality star explains.

Music was a top priority for the couple, so they worked with their DJ to curate the perfect playlist.
“I’m a person who loves to move around, loves to dance. I was like, ‘This has to be a really good music selection,'” Lateasha says, noting that the DJ played an eclectic mix of country, house, ’90s hits and classics from Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder.
“We had so much fun, dancing our behinds off,” Lateasha says of the celebration. “It was such a memorable day, and we were grateful to have our family there and everyone loving on us.”
Lateasha and Gregory first connected on Instagram in January 2020 when she “slid” into Gregory’s DMs. “I was like, ‘lemme just try.’ And he responded,” she recalls. After lots of messages and phone calls, they met up in person for a first date in Atlanta that ended up stretching across an entire weekend.
The pair shared a video of the romantic proposal onInstagramat the time, with Lateasha writing, “He said it’s time to take it to the next level. #engaged.”
After their spring wedding, the couple jetted off on an epic honeymoon in Dubai. “It was amazing — the best trip ever. I feel like honeymoons should be an adventure of experiencing a different culture and learning new things about each other,” Lateasha says.

Seven months after her dream wedding, Lateasha says she is still basking in the glow of the experience. “I feel so lucky,” she gushes. “What I love about being married to Gregory is that I have someone who loves me, who needs me, someone to come home to and someone who is my best friend.”
