Its original cedar cap shingles are displayed on the wall in the master bedchamber and the hall of the guest bedroom . Eleven giant true pine trees drown the property were chopped down and milled to leave the usance woodwork , like the wainscoting , door and window passementerie .
And do n’t forget the main attractor : the 12 - foot - by-50 - foot inviting covered porch , which languishes atop the creek , beg you to come relief for a while .
