Andy Cohenmade a surprise cameo during the premiere ofAmerican Horror Story: Delicate— and used the moment to make a joke aboutTom Sandoval.
Cohen, 55, appeared as himself in thefirst episode of season 12, afterEmma Roberts' character, actress Anna Alcott, landed a coveted one-on-one interview onWatch What Happens Live.
During Anna’s visit to the late-night talk show, the two discuss her latest movie,The Auteur, with Cohen saying that her role “is so good it seems that any actress would kill for it.”
Anna then replies, telling the host, “You are absolutely right. And I did kill somebody for the part … But I can’t tell you who.”
“Well, that was gonna be my next question,” Cohen says before Anna teases, “I can give you a hint though: No one will miss him!”
That’s when Cohen replies with a dig at theVanderpump Rulesstar, saying, “I know, Tom Sandoval.”
“Uh, no, but I f—– Tom Sandoval to get on this show,” the actress jokingly shoots back about appearing onWWHL.

Adapted from the book,Delicate Condition, season 12 follows Anna as she navigates a return to acting while trying to conceive a child through IVF, with things seemingly headed down a dark and twisted path.
The mention of Sandoval, meanwhile, follows the reality star’srecent relationship scandal— dubbed Scandoval — involving an affair with costarRachel “Raquel” Levissthat led to a public fallout andsubsequent breakupwith his girlfriend of nine years,Ariana Madix.
The drama, which unfolded in real time last year, was also captured on season 10 ofVanderpump Rules, which aired from Feb. 8 to June 14, 2023, with episodes overlapping with the filming ofDelicate, which started in late April.
